Our Hifz Program helps children build a lasting connection with the Qur’an through guided memorization, beautiful recitation, understanding, and consistent revision.

Students progress through selected Surahs—especially from Juz ‘Amma—at a pace appropriate for their age and ability. They are encouraged to listen carefully, repeat after the reciter, memorize step-by-step, and regularly review previously memorized Surahs.

Our Approach

Students will:

• Listen & Repeat — Practice beautiful and accurate Quran recitation using Sheikh Al-Minshawi’s recitation as a listening and repetition model.

• Memorize Step-by-Step — Break Surahs into manageable portions to make memorization easier and more successful.

• Review & Retain — Balance new memorization with regular revision so previously memorized Surahs remain strong.

• Understand What They Memorize — Learn age-appropriate meanings and key lessons from the Surahs.

• Learn the Story & Context — When appropriate, students are introduced to the background and reasons for revelation to deepen their understanding.

• Build Confidence & Consistency — Develop good Quran-learning habits through regular practice, teacher guidance, encouragement, and progress goals.

Practice at Home with Quran Quest

Learning doesn’t stop when class ends!

Students can use the Quran Quest app at home to support their Quran practice. Children can listen, follow along, repeat, and practice memorization, making their weekly Quran practice easier and more engaging.

Class + Home Practice = Stronger Memorization

Our goal is not simply for children to memorize Surahs, but to help them love the Qur’an, recite it beautifully, understand what they are learning, and retain what they memorize.
